Services

Dani Cain Personal Training offers a newly equipped, state-of-the-art gym. Offering group classes or personal training, we cater to your needs and goals as individuals. We also offer online live training sessions through zoom along side a private Facebook to keep you motivated and healthy at home. All group classes are suited for beginners to advanced.

STRONGER - LOWER

Strength session focusing on the lower body, will involve the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and other resistance exercises. This session is targeted to increase strength, build muscle and enhance metabolism.

STRONGER - UPPER

Strength session focusing on the upper body, will involve the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and other resistance exercises. This session is targeted to increase strength, build muscle and enhance metabolism. Also focusing on core strength to help better technique in all exercises.

POWER

6 week strength training phase - working on compound exercises and improving strength over a 6 week period and testing and improving individuals 1 rep max.

BOXING

Boxing pads and gloves are worn in the session it will involve boxing combinations, cardio drills and the boxing bag. Come in swinging and let off some steam.

ABS

Working on slow core movements to strengthen the abs.

This will help with overall improvement in all exercises and posture.

SPEED

Quick session that tests your stamina and ability to constantly move through reps and rounds using functional movement patterns. Expect anything in this class.

CIRCUIT

A group of structured exercises performed for a specific time. An effective time based training session that includes body weight, strength, cardio and core. The perfect class to go at your own pace or push yourself to your limits.

HIIT + CORE 

High intensity movements targeting the core and burning body fat. Learn how to engage your core and build a strong foundation in your mid section using specific exercises and static holds

FAST 40

It's exactly what it says. Fast, intense, explosive functional training movements suitable for everyone. Classes will incorporate HIIT, strength and body weight movements to ensure you get a full body workout in a short time period.

GRIND

It's time to grind out the last day of the week days!! It will offer rep challenges and lots of movement. Making sure your heart rate is always high, ensuring you burn calories and build muscle.

YOGA

Invigorate your mind and body connection through yoga. Improve your flexibility, breathing, muscle tone and strength through different yoga practises. Perfect for relaxation and mediation.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Designed specifically for the individual. Working with the individual to achieve their specific goals and getting the most out of their training sessions with faster results. All personal training sessions can be booked directly through Dani Cain or via the app.
